Requirements:

• Previous experience in a housekeeping supervisory role.

Casual Housekeepers

If you have a keen eye for cleanliness and enjoy working in a team, join us as a Casual Housekeeper! You’ll be responsible for keeping our rooms spotless and ensuring guests have a comfortable stay.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and prepare guest rooms and public areas.
• Maintain high hygiene and presentation standards.

Requirements:

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not essential.

Accommodation Manager (Full-Time)

We’re looking for an experienced Accommodation Manager to oversee our accommodation operations, ensuring smooth service and exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of our accommodation.
• Oversee housekeeping and front desk teams.
• Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and handle any issues professionally.
• Monitor booking systems and coordinate with other departments.

Requirements:

• Experience in hotel/accommodation management.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Customer-focused approach with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of booking systems and property management software is a plus.

Skills and Experience required:

• Certificate 3- Commercial Cookery trade qualifications
• Preferably 4 years + of relevant work experience, comprehensive function service experience would be looked at favorably. 
• Strong knowledge of cooking methods, kitchen equipment, and best practices  
• Teamwork- oriented with outstanding leadership abilities
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
